Custom rosters

Checker

Give it your files, or your repository's address. It reads them the way the game does, shows each team as the game will dress it, and works out the checksums.

Drop roster files or a repository folder here

A pack, a set or a repository index, or the whole folder. Your files stay on your computer: nothing is uploaded.

The address you'd give the game. It checks the newest update of each set, checksums included. GitHub works; some servers don't let a web page read them, and private ones can't be checked here.

What it checks

  • Everything the game checks: each file's format and version, the JSON itself (with the game's own messages), dates, paths and checksums, and each picture a pack names: its checksum, size, kind and pixels.
  • Mistakes the game lets through, like a misspelt rating, a player whose team matches no team, a rating written as text, or a height in metres.
  • Each team's lineup as the game will dress it: who plays where, and any spot it fills from the spares or with a call-up.

For a pack, it also writes the update to paste into roster-set.json: the date, the file, its sha256, its size, and how many teams and players it has. If you'll put the pack somewhere other than <date>/roster-pack.json, change file. Given the folder, it writes the pack's files list from its pictures as they are too.
